To begin a return, you can contact us at superlife-x@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns
Within 30 days of receiving the product, we will cover the shipping costs due to quality issues
Within 30 days of receiving the product, if it is not a product problem, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Customers change their purchase intention to request a return or refund issue
If the product has been shipped, please be sure to contact us for return and refund within 30 days of receipt, the customer is responsible for the logistics costs of shipping and return
If not shipped, please contact us for a refund.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns that are not due to the quality of the product itself.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to non-conforming interfaces, so please confirm that your car has the required interface for the HUD you are purchasing before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
